I was introduced to Deprogrammed by John F and the minute I joined up on a panel, I was forever addicted to the format. Good old fashioned music arguments where there’s excitement when everyone comes to an agreement and hostility when no one agrees with a take you love.

I’ve mostly done punk bands such as Bad Religion, The Descendents, The Clash, The Damned but I promise some day I’ll be a little bit more versatile. The Deprogrammed format branched over into my Pearl Jam podcast, Live On 4 Legs, and spawned the first ever Championship Edition series where the entire discography is on the line broken up into groups of four. I’m currently signed up for about 20 different episodes and have a few that need one more guest, please indulge me on those ones!
